and

Flashchat-vb-integration.xml
that is the File I Upload with the [Add/Import Product] Hyperlink, located in the "Manage Products" Section of the Admin Control Panel!!

But when I did that it didn't work!!

What did I do wrong??

What should I do exactly to make it work??

How do I Download the other Files?? Where should I copy them?? (in what Directories)??

You must already have Flashchat installed, sounds to me like you don't.
