A lot of my members on my forum www.stepinthezone.com/forum have been having download issues. They are reporting that any file they download from the forum stops at the 2mb mark. They can play the file, in this case an audio file, however it's not the right size, only partial size.

I cannot duplicate this error on my machines. I've switched forum styles twice and this error still happens. Many members have been reporting this problem. I've tried to get them to retrace their steps to see what can be causing it and I've had no clue. This happens on both firefox and ie, according to the users.
