I'm wondering if theres a way to make the first attached thumb in a thread show as that threads Post icon. The reason is quite simple, with the various mods around we could turn a forum into a very usable classified ads system (yes i'm currently using SR classifieds and also extremely aware of its limitations).

I mean bolt on itrader and the forms hack, set the forums to show only the amount of days the poster can have his ad showable, use the first attached thumbnail as as thread icon and you have almost the same type of functionality as ebay.

Anyone any ideas ?
