Probably a long shot, but wondering if anyone's made a hack that allows users to pick the winner of two randomly displayed images, and then a ranking showing who's got the most yes votes. I don't mean user profile pictures, but pictures I'd upload and then randomly show, the only vBulletin integration really being they have to be members to vote.
