I don't know about adding a second row, but what I might do is raise the Minimum Reputation Level for each of the levels so they're harder to reach. It will reduce the number of 'chicklets' for each person, but if you raise/multiply each level equally, everyone will still have the same ratio of boxes compared to everyone else. Just a thought.
