Make it where when someone uploads an image, the gallery will auto resize it to a pre-specified size if it exceeds that size?

I'm apologizing in advance if this isn't the right place to ask this, but I'm fairly new to all of the vbulletin features and locations for troubleshooting, but I thought this would be a decent place to ask, if not get direction where to PROPERLY ask. Thanks so much in advance.
