I have tried an install of this on a test server and haven't been able to get it to work. I am able to access and change the settings in the acp, but when I go to http://YOUR FOURM/misc.php?do=moderator_stats (replacing YOUR FOURM with the url to the forum root of course) the page gets stuck at loading. I have also turned off all other plugins and still have the same result.

Does this plugin not work well with large board as this is a very large board? Any other ideas as to why it isn't working here?
