sorry for the intrusion but just for my knowldge....
i dont think its illegal..........rather inapproperiate because its out of the purpose of vb.org

as i remember you can change the ownership for the owned liscnce........thats under special conditions like informing vb about it and that you have the liscnce more than few months....(as far as i remember)

and lets say someone wants to close or sell his website.....that would include the liscnce...right?

i am not sure about this being illegal......i would go and read the TOS
