hi guys

I notcied on this forum that when reading some posts you get a hostizontal bar across the top of the page that says something like, "Help other users by rating this thread, then excellent, good, average, fair, poor" etc as round slect boxes. When you click it then return what looks like a star rating based on the average.

is there a mod/hac to add this to anyone's site. I think it might get my users using it a bit more
