It is a very nice, if a bit dark, style. The one major issue I see is that it looks nothing like a WoW site. Outside of the flash image swap there is really nothing to tie it to WoW.

On the flash, I think you would be better off without it. It is increasing the page load time, drawing the eyes away from the rest of the site, and not providing any benefit for search engines. A customised welcome message along with a much smaller flash or other image there would look much better.

As a whole it is a really well done skin, great job . On it's own it is very easy on the eyes, though a bit dark. The narrow format looks good with your layout, though you may want to offer a wide format to appease those users that prefer the variable width.
