I'm having alot of trouble trying to transfer my SMF forum to VB. I have the back up, but I don't know how to upload it to VB and get all my information such as the posts, threads, usernames, passes, etc up on the website. Can someone please give me a detailed explanation on how to do this, please. I already have Impex and all that downloaded.

The back up is a sql file if that matters, by the way.
