as per screenshot...u set xcache.count = 4 (ur processor count) & xcache.var_count = 1?

seemd ur var.cache isnt working.....
ask phpxcache .. diff. of xcache.count & xcache.var count will be a probs or not...

vb3.6.4 or 3.6.5 wont be a problem
