Different background color on posts (like phpBB)?

Hello there.

I've searched these forums but didn't find anything. I was wondering if it's possible to have 2 different background colors for posts, just like in phpBB.

For example the first post to have white background, the second yellow, the third white, the fourth yellow and so on...
