Yes unzip the file(s) which will probably have an XML file and other directories with graphics, etc. Upload the directories to their appropriate destination (hopefully per the readme file) and upload just the XML into the link I provided above.

Once all that's done, it's just a matter of selecting that style on your forum and you should see the changes
