How can I add our banner rotating program to the center of our forum main page?

I know I can add a new forum and use HTML in the name to add an image, but how can I get it to run Bannerads?

Or can I add PHP to this forum name area?

If not, is there any way at all to add our banner rotating program to the center of the forums main?
