Is there a way to make it double underline (to distinguish from regular links)?

A big question / task: any possible way to import the entire Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary?
Biblegateway.com shows 662 terms in total, so its not huge in a sense. Its a matter of somehow
converting the database to this hack's / vbulletin's. That, I do not know how to do.

Any help would truly be appreciated.
