vb.org Archive - View Single Post - What file to edit for admin registration approval?

I haev a small board and approve each registration myself because of those damn spammers. I want to change the default selection st the bottom of the screen to be NO for sending email to users that were deleted. Someone told me a file needs to be changed that there is no template for that page. Anyone know where I have to change this? Thanks.
