I Wanted to Know If You Could Make This Little Modifacation

Ok When Someone Goes To Login. Like Lets Say I Login With Austin And Use Pass Test And If It's Wrong Username Or The Username Does Not Exist It Will Say This Is Either The Wrong Username Or Password... And It Checks If The Username Is Open Kinda Like Ajax Check Username But On The Login And It Will Say [Username Such And Such Is Avaible Would You Like To Register It?] And When The Click On Register It Will Take Them To The Register Page With The Username That They Entered Already Entered Into The Username Field?

Can This Be Made I Would Really Like To See This
