vBulletin itself is not build for that kind of request, remember, this is a Forum...

but, at the grace of some of the best coders here, we have addons that do the trick... File sharing (like megaupload.com), Download Managers (like downoad.com), and so on... use the serach engine here, you'll have your answers.
