You should set up a password for your sitemap interface immediately. You don't want anyone to be able to access that.

You also need to upgrade to 1.7 (available for download on vbseo.com) as Oleg mentioned, since the old version won't work correctly with vBSEO. To upgrade, you just need to upload the new files and install the updated Product file. Not sure what you mean by include files/etc... It's an easy process.
