When someone posts as a guest user, their post, quite rightfully, goes into the mod queue for me to approve. The problem is that the mod system is passive - the post then waits for me to notice its existance. I have to either go into the admin CP or the user cp and check to see if there is anything waiting. This is really annoying, and, if I forget to have a look for a few days, it can leave users waiting for a while and they will go away again, never to return.

vb has good emailing capabilities - it generates a whole plethora of emails when different things happen. Thus, it would be a massive help to administration of the forum if the mod system would email you if something was waiting, with a link to that post or thread. That way I don't need to actively go and check for posts, I can simply keep an eye on my email, which is a lot easier."

I've looked around on vbulletin.org, but can't seem to turn up a MOD that addresses this. Is there nothing out there to help, or am I just overlooking such a useful hack here somewhere? Whether it's a PM, an email, or a Flashing Icon I would just like some sort of annunicator to direct my attention to it.
