Default usergroup for under-13 children?"
Last night I had the first person under age 13 (that I know of) register for my forum, and while I wait for the COPPA permission form I want to set up a special usergroup for her and any subsequent kids.

How do I disable the "email this member" function by default? (and the instant messaging fields, they're freaking me out. Is there any hack to disable them for this usergroup?)

How do I restrict PMs to only people on the buddylist for this usergroup?

Are there any other steps I should take for this usergroup? I don't need to restrict forum access for this usergroup as the other members are well-behaved and don't post inappropriate things anyway, but I am worried about private messages and such.
