Subscriptions, able to give your address.

Has anyone created a mod so if someone wants to purchase a subscription you can have a link to pay by check/cash/money order? So when they click the button it shows your Address?

Basically you click subscription 2. Then you click "Purchase by Check". And it gives them your address..
