I've added the random insert google adsense hack on my forum but I'd really like to add the code so its on the HOME page or perhaps the TOP of every page, I guess that would be the header? not sure how to edit it

I'd like it to go right UNDER this list of links

tried adding it to the header but it goes ABOVE those links I'd like it below the links menu thingy.

I need to know WHY the top banner will show the google ad sense but SOMETIMES and most of the time it WON'T show the SPONSORED LISTINGS as well

so sometimes it will show my adsense in both locations and sometimes it won't

is it just a matter of having enough content so ads will show up?

maybe its just a google thing not filling up the spots?
