The logo is very nice, you got the font down perfectly, and using the conference room is the perfect backdrop.

You have a good amount of forums for your traffic and they are well named and organized. Forum Icons and buttons all fit with the theme perfectly and tie in very well with the site.

The "What's Going On?" box is wider than the area above it, due to the side bar on the right. For some reason this just looks odd to me. Not sure if there would be a good way to fix it without wasting the space, or if it needs to be fixed.

THe one thing I would suggest is ether lightening up the fonts a bit or implementing a lighter version of the skin. The Grey on Grey can be an issue on some monitors or with some people.

In all you have a wonderful looking site with a excelent amount of traffic, great job
