Unauthorized Admins?

For the last two days now there have been two additional admins added to my site, one per day.

I've banned both accounts, and no one has made them an admin. It looks like they're old accounts. One had a reg date of 2005 and one had a date of 1969.

Was wondering if anyone else has been noticing this and perhaps there's a new exploit out?
