i found a very easy way to fix this

lol in fact I think this is the way it is intended to be done

Go to ur Arcade Admin area ...

Arcade ---> Game List ----> Date: Newest

On this screen right at the bottom click all the boxes
Also click all the boxes on the left of every game

then press the button start

Also I used the score tools to update everything nearly

So either one of these 2 could have fixed the problem for me...now the game list auto updates thankfully
