But no dated and time comes up when I do a new post?

Was I just supposed to upload it to my xml file in includes, and then add/import it plugins? Maybe there was something else I am supposed to do, as this is my first use of a plugin. But I followed the instructions for plugins from the vbulletin manual and I think I did it right.

How weird. Did you use the plugin? Do you think I might have missed something
