Ah yes I see what everyone means

I have added a new user group called "Email Change" and placed
all permissions of the Awaiting Email Confirm group

So its up to them if they get round to adding a new email or not if they ever come back

Plus I could always clear that user group once every 6 months or so too

Thanks everyone for the info

Now I can send out a little news letter without all the hassle of getting loads of emails and having to go through them all in the admincp changing everything.
