if you mean thread subscriptions, yes. The only thing is it doesn't handle em automatically, you (if you have admin) you simply check your inbox where the bounces are being received, then you click on the link in the bounced email. Then you see a confirmation message in your adminCP that the user was moved to whatever usergroup you specified in step 4 above.

Then next time you send out an email, (so long as you remember to NOT send it to the usergroup specified in step 4) that email won't bounce again because it's no longer being sent.
