I've seen this in action on this forum. Specific example here.

The field labeled "Mod" with a list of forums linked and labeled after it- I've tried many times to duplicate it or mimic it in some way for my own forum... to no avail.

Can anyone explain to me how to make this work? I'll try to create a custom profile field with html or vBcode and nothing works- I tried the suggestion in this thread, but that only parses it for the profile page- it doesn't work in the postbit.
