As for the forum it's self, there is not much advice I can offer. It is already well laid out and has a good design that reflects the site. The welcome message does not contain much info, but that is being handled on the front page.

Your focus at this point should be building up more back-links. The front page is not showing and Google PR, and only 5 back-links.

Thanks for your review We actually switched names from Muscle-Mustangs to MCRParts about a month or two ago. We we're a google PR5 with thousands of backlinks... we're just waiting on another google update. We had to switch domain names because Ford was threatening us with a lawsuit because we used the word "Mustang" in our domain name.
