The Shoutbox title (vbshout) as well as the "What's Going On" title that is just above the Active users box?

Before you answer.....

I changed the "Category Strips" in the CSS to align left because I wanted the forum titles to do that, however it also moved the Shoutbox title as well as the "What's Going On" title.

Looking in the forumhome_vbshout template it looks fine im just not sure what to change. I know the "Category Strips" in the CSS is referenced with .tcat however I havent had much luck thus far.
