vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Template for Area beside Login Box

I am trying to put a email subscription box just to the left of the login box in the navbar. (see attached screen shot) However I cant seem to get it to display where I want it. It appears above or below the navbar area when I try to put the code in the navbar template.

Can anyone tell me which template I should put the code into for it to appear exactly where I have circled in red in the attached screen shot.
