This is the url where my forum sponsor is installed

The image is set in the edit forum "Enter the URL to the image sponsor." option as

http://www.pethall.com/pet_memorials...logo_small.gif

However the image does not come up and when you check the image properties on the board this is what I see below even though this is not what is on my control panel

http://www.petmessageboard.com/forums/

Please help.
