vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Password reminder not working

Okay, I had someone sign up earlier and when he went to make his first post the forum logged him out and he has not been able to log back on. And when he clicks on the password reminder it just takes him right back to the main page of the forum.
I have tried the password reminder myself and not having any luck.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
