If you prefer the red and yellow card image then you would need to upload the image to the blak_ice/buttons folder.

I wasn't talking about that one. When a user is infracted, it logs it in their profile. The theme is looking for those images there. There were a couple other. Just double check all you images and make sure you have everything in the zip.

Also, the "advanced search" for threads takes you to the global advanced search.
