Location is a multi purposes field. You can use it as you want not only for locations. Like a pseudo-subcategory. You can modify the values editing the file:
vbphotovote/includes/vbphotovote_locations.inc.php

If you use it for other than location then edit the word "Location" in phrasegroup vbphotovote.
