Is there a way to take an RSS feed and automatically create a new thread?

For example, let's say I want to create a news forum. A bunch of news sites offer RSS feeds for their articles.

I would like to be able to "pull" these RSS feeds and create a new thread for each news articles.

The title of the RSS feed would be the "title" of the thread and the contents of the RSS feed would go in the "message" of the thread.

Is this feasible?
