While it's a nice thought, it's also unlikely to be very accurate. It relies on people actually filling it out correctly and in many cases, people simply won't even know. If you write something on vb 3.6.4 how do you know if it will work on 3.6.0, or even 3.6.3 ?
As a result people will end up just putting the same for both - resulting in the same "will it work on xxxx" questions as before, or even worse, they will just guess, leading to false data.
(and some people will still ask anyway, as experience shows they don't read what's in front of them ...).
