vb.org Archive - View Single Post - HTML permission for admins only

I have searched and come up with at least one mod/hack to permit admins (or certain groups anyway) to be able to post via html. Unfortunately it does not seem to work with 3.6.4 (which is what we have installed). Is anyone aware of a hack/mod that would permit us to allow admins to post in html while precluding other members from doing so? Thanks.
