I need a modification sort of like the flagging system that craigslist has. I'd like to be able to set a limit for how many flags a post needs in order to be moved to the moderation que (like 10 flags or 15 flags) so that only one flag would not send it directly to moderation.

Is there an existing mod that can do this? If not, would anyone be willing to throw something like this together?
