I have a large forum and have been looking to redesign my "zine" section. I have researched several packages, but today I ran across a site utilizing VB and their layout looks AWESOME and right along the lines of what I would like to do.

How is this site accomplishing a layout like this, custom coding or a known add-on package out there somewhere?
