Having trouble with this code after installing it.

I am showing the google player in my post to test it but no video is playing. Should it start automatically? It doesnt play even after I click on play.

I used the code
[gv]4893123964719164150[/gv] (from the google video) I also noticed there was more in the google url so when that tag didnt work I even changed it to...

[gv]4893123964719164150&q=firefighter+on+fire&hl=en[/gv] but still nothing.
