I've installed this and set the follow options on for "member" default group, is this correct?

Moderate All Private Messages (on)
Moderate Private Messages using Keywords (on)

Should it be both or just one (in my case, filtered by keywords). Is this conflicting?

Also, any way to receive an email instantly if anything ends up in moderation queue?
