vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I move/remove Forum Rules in Registration?

Is there any way to make it so that the "Forum Rules" that you agree to at the start of registration are either gone, or encoporated into the top/bottom of the page where you input your desired username etc? I really don't want this spread over two pages, but just linking to register.php?do=register isn't working as it won't let people pass without having checked the box on the previous page.
