Default Video Sharing Solutions? -suggestions?
Hello!

So I'm looking for advice and suggestions on video sharing for my forum.

I run a skateboard site and...

obviously sharing videos would be important to the members of such a site. Currently the way we have set things up, is very liberal.

There is a forum for posting skate videos, --of themselves and random ones they see on other sites. Members use a variety of different video hosts and formats, but somehow, it works pretty well.


What would you recommend for this?
Any good ideas, suggestions for a better solution?!
We want a more organized setup, with video uploading to our server, instead of using Youtube and others.
It would be nice if it were somehow integrated to the User Profiles, so members could checkout the most viewed video's of other members...
