I need something to manage membership of our site, which includes a forum, so that I can integrate our newsletter and some autoresponders.

Our newsletter currently goes out to about 23,000 currently. I send this from a third party service and have to download the new vBulletin subscribers each month, but I can't tell if any previous members have changed their email address during that time, etc. However, if I mass mail from vBulletin, how to I manage unsubscribers, other than manually?

I also want to have the ability for members to tick options to receive other newsletters, autoresponders, etc

Is there an add-on or system that I can integrate with to do this. There seem to be lots of other sites that have this tick system for newsletters for their members that also use a variety of forum software.

I don't need a content management system as such for the site. I just need a 'membership management' system.

Does any such thing exist?
