I have tracked down my problem to the rssposter.php located under includes/cron. In some very strange reason, the $itemdata->save()-routine doesn't work as it should. I still don't know why but the articles from the feeds won't be posted in the forum as threads at all - only when I do it manually, and it's not always it work that way either.
