I'm having the exact same question/problem. I'm using 3.6.4 and have had no problems finding the rest though.

Since it's "only" the Register template, I assume the hack should work anyway. But it doesn't... I sent a few test email to myself and they all came as plain text. I have the "receive html mails" checked and my email client also shows html mails, so that shouldn't be the problem. Can anyone help me here? Please?
